The following items must be provided by TREK students and their parents:

- Light-weight polyester top and bottom (long underwear)
- Mid-weight fleece top and bottom
- Heavy-weight synthetic (fleece) jacket or wool sweater
- Wind pants

- Synthetic liner socks

- Synthetic or wool mittens
- Waterproof overmitts
- Gaiters
- Hiking boots (optional: determined by trip selection during the on-TREK term)
